Our program targets underemployed, unemployed, or struggling West Texas residents with the aim of breaking the cycle of poverty and reshaping their futures, as well as those of their families. Through job advocacy, empowerment mentoring and various support services, we guide participants in overcoming obstacles hindering their success. We equip and support clients throughout their journey of seeking, securing, and sustaining employment, ensuring they have the necessary tools for lasting empowerment.
While a good job may not resolve every challenge within our community, it serves as a lasting remedy for numerous issues, including poverty, depression, homelessness, decreasing abuse and violence reports, reducing the over use of community resources and it offers a pathway to stability and self empowerment for GENERATIONS to come.
